Cinetopia Film Festival Re-Cap from Robert J. Butler

At the Cinetopia International Film Festival, my short film "Within" rocked the house. The film generated laughter, tears, and an immediate applause. I received such great feedback after the screening. I wanted to thank everyone for coming out for such a wonderful evening of such skillfully made shorts. I have some major announcements to make. "Within" has received distribution and will be available On Demand through ReelHouse next week.  The digital copy will be available through the website. I received this distribution offer while I attended the New York City International Film Festival.

Secondly I am proud to announce my next film is titled "The Girl on the Mat", it's going to be a sports story about a young female wrestler named Hayden who is trying to advance to the individual state championship her senior year. Her passion for the sport is severely tested once her mom shows a lack of support as she approaches the individual regional tournament. So far the film will star Julie Kline, Aphrodita Nikolovski, and former MMA fighter and actor Harley Swede Wallen. Lucie Gillespie is the co-writer of the wonderful script as well. I will be casting for more roles in the future. Jeremy Shecter and Aaron Karns will be returning as Producers. Again I wanted to thank everyone for supporting my work. With all of your support, it truly keeps me going.
